Since 2001 I have worked in the real estate field as an agent, as well as holding director and managerial level corporate positions for multinational companies in the Caribbean and Miami. My experience includes working with local and international architectural and engineering teams as marketing and sales director and project liaison-developer rep to determine best unit mixes and designs for real estate projects in several countries, procurement of vendors, relationships with ministries and government officials for project permitting, as well as marketing, branding, and sales strategies. I specialize in land, hotel, multifamily, commercial, and residential real estate sales, and development.
With the support of my strategic alliances, I collaborate with developers, municipalities, and project and landowners committed to sustainable and regenerative practices, that seek access to green finance for their projects, or are looking to obtain green building certifications such International Living Future Institute, LEED, EDGE, WELL, RESET and others.
