When any of your clients expresses serious interest in purchasing a model, Wonderful Structures will provide a PERMITTING KIT, which includes: Floor Plans Set, Building Permitting Dossier, Budget form in Excel, etc.

A deposit of $5,000 is required as a guarantee, which will be 100% deductible at the time of purchase. If the client does not obtain the permit, 50% of the deposit, that is, $2,500, will be refunded.
