Assembly time is a planning estimate and varies by model, crew, site readiness, tools, weather, and project scope. When a duration is stated for a specific bunker model, it applies only to assembly of the modular component system and excludes excavation, foundation, utilities, interior systems, finishes, inspections, and other site work unless the written project documents state otherwise.
