Green kindergarten in a park
When an architecture firm in Arnhem, Netherlands was approached to design kindergarten classrooms on an empty lot next to the main building, that could also serve as an educational platform to connect children with nature, they chose our technology to carry out this vision.
The design blends with the natural landscape and looks just a natural extension of one of Arnhem’s urban parks. The slope of the berm was modified to allow children to use the hill for play with a very clever and beautiful protection barrier that will prevent children from going over the cliff.
Both the school and the city are eager to evaluate the children’s response the building since it may be the beginning of the implementation of the our technology as a platform for educational institutions for children, to foster environmental stewardship at an early age.
